| At our first Staff Meeting of the New Year, each staff member was asked to chose one word that would more or less guide their intentions for the coming year. We started the exercise by watching this brief video: One Word. The next step was to have teachers enter their word on Answer Garden, an online feedback tool that can be used "for real time audience participation, online brainstorming and classroom feedback."
